First of all they don't have retail and wholesale sites separately. Either we can have access to their retail site or if we request the user name and password for wholesale pricing, we can only access the wholesale store. So we don't have a chance to compare their retail and wholesale pricing. They don't have return policy They are asking for full money for wholesale orders. But they promise that they will either refund the money for the items they don't have currently on stock or they will do back order. I've ordered twice few ear rings and it takes about 2 weeks for them to ship on the first time, and on the second time I just got them within 5 days. Prices are not much competitive, I think. Customer service is satisfactory, according to me. | |
