My experience with One Stop Freak Shop was nothing less than perfect. I submitted a price quote for some 1 & 3/8" double flared plugs made out of ebony and engraved with a custom design which I wanted painted.

I received an e-mail the NEXT DAY with a more than reasonable price quote of 55$ plus 4$ shipping. I was then given a web link to the order page where I resubmitted the information and chose my method of payment. Once the money was transferred it was amazingly fast to get my product. I was given a specific date that they would be shipped out and that date was kept. I originally wanted the engraving painted white but with my conversations with Wil from One Stop Freak Shop, he informed me he had just gotten some pearlized silver paint and wondered if I was interested in it. Since they work personally with each customer they can offer such help as color changes and recommendations.

I received my plugs in 2 DAYS! How can you not be happy with that? A few days after I got my plugs I e-mailed Wil again and asked what I should be oiling them with and he gave me specific recommendations. More help than any jewelry company I've worked with has ever been.

If in the future I ever need anymore organic plugs or want something with a custom engraving or design on them, my first stop would be One Stop Freak Shop.

Because I have very nice friends, I received a coupon for a free pair of BME plugs from Wil at onestopfreakshop.com. I followed the instructions to contact Wil about these plugs, and within a day I received a reply explaining what it was I needed to do.

The website states that the minimum size required to make these plugs was 5/8" (although I see smaller plugs were made) so I wanted to wait until my earlobes stretched further. This took a few months.

The few months go by and I message Wil again because I had lost the "secret page" order form, and he graciously e-mailed back with the site, again with full instructions with what to do with this gift certificate and my order.

I then procrastinated in mailing the certificate to One Stop Freak Shop, but once I did, the plugs arrived super-fast in my opinion for custom plugs (I chose every aspect of these plugs. Single flare, 5/8", Black Ebony wood with grooves for o-rings)

They arrived in perfect timing.

The only thing that could be considered "wrong" is that the o-rings supplied for 5/8" plugs look about the size for 00g plugs, maybe they're stretchy, I never checked.

Overall, VERY happy with the level of service.

I had a pair of absolutely gorgeous dangly earrings for unstretched earlobes. They had a reverse-carved oblong lucite cabochon that looked like amber filled with tiny roses, surrounded by a thin band of silver. It struck me that these cabs would make excellent plug inlays, and One Stop Freak Shop came to mind. I have seen tons of amazing work come from them, mostly highly specialized and custom. I contacted Wil, and we worked out the details. I wanted plugs that would match the shape of the cabs -- not round, like usual, but oblong. However, I wanted them to have the same overall circumference of 1/2" plugs. It was tricky, I was picky, but I had faith.

There were a few glitches during the process, but Wil's commitment to quality and customer service is amazing. His communication is outstanding, and he strives to make the customer happy. It took a little extra time, but when my plugs arrived I was in awe. They are exactly what I imagined and hoped they would be. Wil went far above and beyond to make these for me, and to make them perfectly.

I will definitely be contacting One Stop Freak Shop again for specialty plugs. And I would also recommend the shop for anyone looking for something extraordinary and unique. Wil does amazing work, and most of all, he is an amazing person. Thank you.

WOW! These plugs are great! I can't believe the quality work that Wil and Mario have put into this jewelry. Just check out the website for pics of their nice plugs. Wil can do just about anything for you. Ordering was very easy. I had an idea in my head, and Wil made it come to life via a few e-mails. It took around a month to get them because they had to be custom made, which Wil told me ahead of time. It was really worth the wait. The price was also very reasonable, and I am definitely going to shop with him again for my next jewelry purchase.

Can we say "happy dance"?!?!?!That is what I did all over my living room after receiving these plugs. The look and feel of them are great!!! There is one thing that I must commend the Jewelry supplier on, and that is its customer service. This Jewelry supplier's example of customer service should be one that ALL jewelry suppliers follow.

From the time I placed the order until I received it, Wil let me know the status of the order (there were problems with both the shipping of the stock to make the jewelry and the custom order). I did not have to e-mail him for a status, one automaticaly came to me. What really impressed me with this supplier is his definition of quality. He made my order twice before shipping the plugs to me since the first set of plugs were not up to his standards. The set of plugs that I now wear in my lobes are fantastic!

It is well worth the cost and wait for custom made plugs made by this supplier.
