Jewelry bought: supplies

This online store is owned by Body Language in Melbourne. I am totally anti their 1 day body piercing courses - I think the concept does a lot of damage to the professional image of body piercing. That said they are very reliable and all orders are received within 2 working days. Their stock is of high quality and they are the only place I know of in Australia selling needles via an online site. Prices for jewelry are a bit on the high side, but I would rather pay too much than pay too little for inferior quality. The range is fairly extensive and they also sell a variety of supplies including autoclave pouches, gloves and tools.

Jewelry bought: 14GA Purple Niobium CBR with Jewelled Ball

There seems to be a lack of reviews for Australian jewellery suppliers so here is my review for Pro Pierce, a jewellery supplier based in Victoria.

The site is extremely easy to navigate, with jewellery organised into categories of the material used to make them. I found what I was looking for within 2 minutes.

My order was for a 14GA Purple Niobium CBR, which was $45 with postage costs of $6.60. The order was placed by credit card at 12.55PM on Wednesday, November 20. All orders received by 3PM are dispatched on that day to be sent by express post. However, after having problems with so called "express post" services before, I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived at 12PM on Thursday, November 21.

I got exactly what I ordered with no problems what so ever. The jewellery is of high quality, with no scratches and is highly polished.

I would definitely recommend Pro Pierce for any Australian bod mod enthusiasts who want good quality jewellery. The prices for some things may be high compared to other places, but I compared the CBR I got from here with a purple titanium CBR I had bought elsewhere for $15, and the quality of the CBR from Pro Pierce was absolutely amazing compared to my crappy mall-brought one.

I will DEFINITELY be buying from here again.
