I am currently having a lot of trouble with these guys. I placed an order around 8-6-03, and to this date have had no response. It's 9-25 now, and I still have gotten no response to any messages I've sent to them. I have sent several emails in reference to the status of the order, but to no avail. Does anyone know how to get a hold of these guys? Does anyone actually run this site? Any information is appreciated.

To be honest, due to the severe lack of communication and virtually endless lead time, I would not recommend this site unless you are a very patient person.

I placed my order on 7/1/03 and I received an order confirmation the next day. The website has an order status link which showed that my credit card had been charged. (Confirmed by my statement) About 2 weeks later I emailed them to check on my order since the website showed that my order was "awaiting shipment". No response to that email or the three subsequent emails. As of 9/17/03 my order is still "awaiting shipment". The website (kavadi.com) indicated that Kavadi had purchased Hyperpunk. Since the reviews of Hyperpunk were all fairly positive I decided to make a purchase. As you can see, it may have been a big mistake.

This is the third time that I've ordered from HyperPunk & never have I been more satisfied. Great service, cheap prices & a huge/ever-growing selection seperate this site from all the rest & keep me coming back for more. If you haven't seen these Tribal Ear Shields that I purchased, you gotta check them out.

Their site is laid out nicely, so you can find what you're looking for in just a couple clicks. They have the largest selection of Stretched Lobe Jewelry I have ever seen.

Bottom line is: Check out this store, you won't be disappointed.

Although I did find the prices quite steep, I ordered from here because I was desperate for a taper so that I could fit in my 00g tunnels, which I had bought from a local store. When my order arrived, 7 days later, I had mixed feelings... I thought the taper looked great, although the ebony plugs didn't match. Actually, one was great, the other was not. It had a deep notch missing from the side and was not as round as I would have liked. Furthermore, later when I tried to use the taper, it ended up not being useful, because I was unable to follow my tunnel with the taper.

Since then though, I've modified the plugs for my personal satisfaction (rounded and carved stars).

Decent prices, great service, great selection, mediocre quality control...

Although, my favorite part of Hyperpunk IS hyperpunk.net, which the owner Ryi owns and runs... THAT's wicked.

I had a lousy experience with these guys. I ordered 8g tunnels and what I got was 10g. I took them to 2 different shops to varify size. I e-mailed Hyperpunk to ask for an exchange and they basically called me stupid and to said to forget it. It took almost 3 weeks for the stuff to arrive also. So, I'm stuck with a pair of tunnels that are too small to wear. Avoid this site.

Having ordered from Hyperpunk.com many times in the past (and many more to come) I was inclined to recommend them as an excellent source for metal, acrylic, bone, horn, and wood jewelry. Everything I have ordered has been high quality and lived completely up to my expectations. Their prices are also extraordinarily reasonable. My jewelry has always been delivered within a week of the order, and the guy that runs the site is wonderful at answering questions and providing information.

I have recommended it to many friends in the past, all of whom have been satisfied as well. Hyperpunk.com ROCKS!
