Our shop apprentice (who quit before the order arrived) ordered a few pieces from these guys. Apparently there was no minimum order because the shipment we received was for 26.00 dollars worth of jewelry which we paid 15.00 shipping for (2 day ground). Upon opening the pack I discovered some of the lowest quality jewelry that I have personally ever seen. Their different gauge barbells all use the same ball, so the machining of the ball is done to match the much larger gauges. This leaves an obvious gap where the bar shaft meets the ball. Also this creates a big gap down to the threads. The threads themselves were barely 2 turns, and the tolerances were so loose that on several barbells the ball could still be rocked in the threads FULLY TIGHTENED. The nostril screws were so poorly polished that you could still see the lathe marks. The gems in all but one screw were glued in crooked, and the one that wasn't had a big blob of dried glue on the setting. The setting was too deep for the gem on all pieces, leaving a large gap from the top of the gem to the setting edge. I will not use a single piece in my shop, and the jewelry still sits in a small plastic bag on the back shelf.

I ordered these rings through the internet on April 1 and they ended up shipping them on April 19th. I had called around the 12th and the 16th and had been told they had been shipped, both times. Both people I talked to were rude and not helpful at all. I also sent an e-mail which was never answered. I received the rings on the 21st of April, finally. They sent 90-14ga and 10-12ga. The rings seem to be of good quality and the price was very good at the time I ordered them. Now I think I paid too much for them including all the hassle. I guess I got what I paid for in the end.

Ordered the barbells because the price was good. Paid extra $10.00 for UPS shipping.

Was called twice about credit card not going through. The account was fine on both cards, not sure what the problem was there.

After 2 weeks, order arrived via USPS. But wait I paid $10.00 for UPS!! Oh well, lesson learned. Opened up the envelope and inside are 2 6 ga 5/8" CBRs. Not what I had ordered at all.

Note on the jewelry bag said they were out of stock on what I had ordered. I wish they told me that during the other conversations. I would have cancelled the order & tried again later.

2 attempts to contact company about returning the jewelry have been unsuccessful.

Will continue attempting to return the jewelry.
