Awesome...

My friend refered me to their website. She said they had the cutest belly rings. First of all, when I entered their website, I was taken aback. It's like no other website. It was very sophisticated. Their website, as well as, their company information was very impressive, so I decided to try them out. The only thing was...their belly rings were in the standard size 7/16" length. Even though I wore a 3/8" (which is smaller than the standard) most of the bar was visible. I emailed them on this issue and they answered back the next day. They said they can customize certain pieces to my liking. Well, I ended up choosing two pieces of gold belly rings and they made them into two different sizes, both smaller than a 3/8". Which was very cool, because now I know which length best fits me. The next day they had called me to let me know it was shipped out. It arrived 3 days later! I've told all my friends about them and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I saw that one bad review and I almost didn't order, but I'm glad I did. The website was awesome - it was easy to use and had many more styles then I've seen anywhere. Well, I ordered late one night. The next day I got an email from Thibault saying I didn't need to ask for 2nd day air because ground only takes two days to my place. They refunded my credit card that day. Sure enough I got the stuff in two days. Well next time I ordered the color I wanted wasn't there, so I phoned. The girl told me that when an item is out of stock the website won't show it, so if you see it it's in stock. Just so happens the color I wanted arrived that day. They called me back and shipped the same day. I don't know what happened to that other guy, but I think he reviewed the wrong company.

I ordered about 10 different body jewelry from Thibault and since I start doing business with them I'm extremely happy, they have everything in stock and ship mostly the same day. Last week I got one of the jewelry with real diamond I was little scared at first it was expensive but when it arrive I got some paper to explain what kind of diamond was. They have a pretty nice web sites now they change it all and very easy to find what you need. For the services well they are very honest never had anything wrong on my bill even got a pieces cheaper once. I never had to call the office they always email me back in any information I need mostly in day or two. For the selection I never been to a web sites with such a big selection and so much option I think it's very nice. If it was me I would sell the jewelry little more expensive since they have a much superior quality then most company around this day.

I have been ordering online for now 3 years and saw this review, I think it's pretty nice so we can tell what we think about those company, for me all those years I never got much problem and if I had some they always been very nice about it. They have the most impressive selection and all the jewelry that they manufacture in America is all made of 316lvm implant grade, they care about the health of people and that I think it should be the first to mention about there company, now most of company use bad material that tarnish but Thibault use only good stuff, I got also few pieces of import that they make them self overseas and I was very surprise they are doing the same quality over seas, for me I will stay a very good customer for them. Also now if you see the jewelry on the web they guarantee that they have it in stock, I think it's pretty good.

I have been ordering from Thibault for about a year now. They have been through a bunch of changes. They now have a new website, and their selection is much broader. It is much easier to order from the new website. I never was sure what I was ordering with the new one. The customer service has improved immensely. I think they have a new manager, anyway, when I call there and have a problem, it gets resolved immediately.

The quality and the prices are better than any of the other body jewelry stores I have been to.

I just wish that I could win the contest.

I ordered a dozen 14 ga bars from this company and a pair of glass plugs for myself, and at first there was no problem. When I had them on the phone the operator checked and made sure everything I wanted was in stock, it wasn't much, just 18 dollars worth of stuff. The plugs I wanted were in stock, everything was fine when I was on the phone. I left the shop to take care of some other stuff, come back a few hrs later and they had called a few times, so I returned the call and the operator told me they didn't have the color plugs I want anymore, so I just picked another color and was told the order would still go out that day no problem. Then the problems started, the order obviously didn't go out that day because it took 2 days longer to get the stuff than it usually does, then when it comes in the plugs are the wrong size, so I called the company again and was told I'd get the right ones when I sent back what I had gotten (at my own expense) they'd send out the right ones (also at my expense) after I'd already paid 12 dollars shipping for regular ground that didn't get shipped when they told me it was, the hour and a half combined time I spent on the phone (I got put on hold alot and hung up on once). So to finally end this rambling story the jewelry was good quality at a good price but the lack of customer service and the hassle involved with something so simple as a pair of 4 ga. plugs made this company not even worth dealing with.
